Use the enquiry form, the Bake Box builder or the Cake Lab, or call us. Tell us what you'd like, how many and your preferred date.
Order confirmation
An enquiry is not an order. We'll reply to confirm availability, pricing and arrangements. Your order is only confirmed once we've both agreed the details.
Delivery or collection
Delivery or collection arrangements are discussed and confirmed individually for each order. Please include your postcode in your enquiry so we can let you know what's possible.
Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms are agreed when your order is confirmed.
